  • Faculty Benchmarking and Projection: This comprehensive application allows measuring the faculty’s clinical productivity against industry standard benchmarks by AAMC, MGMA and various societies. It then extrapolates the salary for clinical faculty based on the benchmark values and provides guidance to the practice administrators in regards to raises or cost containment. It also handles the annual budgeting of faculty salaries.
  • Board of Directors Report Delivery Mechanism: This application consolidated the management of reports for Loyola University Health System board meetings. It is not only used by the administrators to upload and update their content, but also for the board members to review the reports prior to board meetings.
  • PDF Repository with EPIC Integration and Interfaces to Several Ancillary Systems: This modular application allows for receipt of PDF files generated by ancillary patient care systems and providing Epic with tokens which may be later used to view the incoming reports on-line through Epic.
  • Pap Smear Tracking Application: A comprehensive application to track all pap smears performed at the hospital/clinic and to make sure that all results are reported back to the patient.

  • Obstetrics Hemorrhage Knowledge Base and Testing: An application to help with the education of hospital physicians and staff in recognizing signs and amount of hemorrhage in OBGyn patients. This application also provides the compliance reports for the State of Illinois for proof of the said education.
  • Missed Surgical Charges: The surgical charge capture system taps into OR scheduling and reconciles physician-patient interactions (surgeries) with physician billing. This system provides a mechanism to not only ensure that surgeries are billed in a timely manner, but also detect surgeries that have not been billed and bring those to the administrator’s attention.
  • On-Call Scheduling: On-Call Scheduling provides a mechanism for departments to maintain their own on-call lists, yet makes the lists accessible throughout an organization. It allows scheduling of on-call staff using point-and-click screens and allows users to customize different views of the schedule.
  • Patient Porta: Development and deployment of a patient portal for secure patient/physician communication in addition to allowing patients to request appointments with physicians. Provided ability for patients to select keywords/diseases which were tied to on-line resources, in addition to allowing patients to track longitudinal lab values and vitals.
  • Video Processing: This system provides the mechanism for archival and later retrieval of captured videos during patient visits.
  • Hospital Staff Tracking Database: A comprehensive database to track staff physician related information, such as current liability insurance and credentialing.
  • Admitting and Registration Card Scanner Application: Small application used to scan patient ID and insurance cards.
  • Accounts Receivable Payment Tracking: Application to make available on-line bank check images with interfaces to several banks.
  • Admitting Staff Quality Assurance Application: Small application used to scan patient ID and insurance cards.
  • Huddle Note Tracker: A small application which allow gathering of notes from participants prior to standing meetings with auto-send options prior to the meeting.
